Warranty Policy

At Mommy's Little Helper Co., we stand by the quality of our learning towers and play furniture. Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

Items received damaged/defective upon delivery

If your item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, it is not considered a warranty claim but is covered under our Refund Policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damage or defect.

To report an issue, please contact us at help@mlhco.ca with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product (both close up to see the problem, and from afar to see which pieces are affected). 

 

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

• Accidental damage

• Negligence or improper use

• Misuse and/or use outside of the intended purpose

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Damage due to commercial use

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, and minor wood imperfections

Please note: Our products are made primarily from natural wood, and variations in grain, knots, or minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the product.  As such, each piece is unique and may vary. 

How to initiate a warranty claim

1. Review the exclusions above to ensure your claim is covered.

2. If your issue is about damage when you received the product(s), please refer to our Refund Policy instead of proceeding with a warranty claim.

3. Email our support team at help@mlhco.ca with the following details:

• • Order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or issue (from close up & afar)

  • A brief description of the problem

  • If a functional defect, a video is helpful

4. Our customer service team will assess your claim and may request additional information if needed.

5. If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement part(s), full replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
