At Mommy’s Little Helper Co., we want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please contact us first at help@mlhco.ca before sending anything back, so we can initiate the return process and provide instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging

All parts and hardware must be included

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase showing it was purchased directly from Mommy’s Little Helper Co.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products purchased through other retailers. Please return those items to the original store.
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re local, you may also return your item in person to our Burlington shop.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, something defective, or the wrong product, let us know right away at help@mlhco.ca so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item (after approval), then place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at help@mlhco.ca.
