Shipping policy
We’re happy to ship our products to families across Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Below are the details of our shipping options, rates, and what to expect once you place your order.
A. Shipping Rates
🇨🇦 Canada
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE
- Express Shipping (2–5 business days): $19.99 CAD
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): FREE for orders above $50
- For orders below $50: $12.84 USD
- Express Shipping (2–5 business days): $14.99 USD
All prices and figures are listed in CAD & USD.
Due to the size and weight of our wooden products, international shipping rates may appear higher than average.
We do not charge any membership.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time Domestically
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us so we’re aware and can see how we can help make it happen.
C. Delivery Terms
We use a variety of shipping providers to ensure the most cost-effective delivery solutions for our customers.
Please note that duties or import taxes may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. If you have any concerns about duties, feel free to reach out to us at help@mlhco.ca, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
D. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Mommy’s Little Helper Co. does not collect these fees at checkout, and we have no control over the amount charged by customs authorities or carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Because these policies vary widely by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. If you refuse a shipment due to these charges, the package will be returned to us, and the original shipping costs and any incurred return fees will be deducted from your refund.
E. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at rachel@mlhco.ca or call us at +1519-387-5333.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
